Where is the First Brigade?

If Barack Obama wins on Tuesday, there will be powerful forces that will try to stop him from being inaugurated or governing. They may even try a coup d'etat, using a military division, the First Brigade of Northcom (Bush's "Northern Command") that Bush has created inside the United States in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. 

Naomi Wolf asks an excellent and important question:

where is the First Brigade? You could also let us know: what is there mission here? Why did Northcom's stated version of their mission change once questions were asked, from 'crowd control' to 'helping communities affected by weapons of mass destruction?' What information led to that change in mission? Are any other troops to be deployed here or is this it? And why is the First Brigade brought here to duplicate tasks that are already covered by the National Guard and various emergency services?

Heck, I would be happy with just one answer to just one question: where is the First Brigade?

It is certainly a question that matters a great deal to ordinary citizens I am hearing from so it can't be so insignificant to those deputized with covering newsworthy events.
