Dear Tom Daschle,

As supporters of President Obama, we urge you to withdraw as nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services because your nomination is hurting our President.

You failed to pay $128,000 in taxes for three years of gift income for a chauffeured Cadillac limousine.

You cheated on your taxes even though you cashed in on your Senate career to take over $5 million from insurers, hospitals, realtors, farmers, energy firms and telecommunications companies.

You took over $220,000 from the health-care industry, whose reckless profiteering has created America's health care nightmare.

President Obama needs a Secretary of Health and Human Services who will put health need ahead of corporate greed.

Please support President Obama by withdrawing your nomination immediately.
