To Save the Economy, Let's Try Impeachment
All the money guys and gals on TV keep telling me the financial crisis is caused to some degree by psychology. And one thing that gets everyone depressed is seeing George Bush on TV.
Paul Krugman speaks for millions:
The last thing we need:
President George W. Bush will address the nation tomorrow to tell Americans they should remain “confident'’ amid falling stock markets and a worldwide credit crisis, administration spokeswoman Dana Perino said.
The president wants to “assure'’ the country that Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and other administration officials are taking “every effort to stabilize our financial system,'’ Perino said.
“Economic officials are aggressively taking every action,'’ she said. “The Treasury is moving quickly to use new tools to improve liquidity, which is the root cause of this problem.'’
And by the way: liquidity is not the root cause of this problem. It’s terrifying that the Bush administration still thinks it is.
Sure enough, during Bush's 8-minute speech, the Dow dropped 107 points.
So why don't we get him off our TV by impeaching him? If Krugman is any indication, the markets would respond with a Standing Ovation.

Impeachment
There goes that statement again, George W Bush should be impeached for the following reasons. Blah, blah, blah.
As long as Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House, stays in power, an impeachment will not happen!!!
Remember the Wall Street bail-out Bill. The Bill that between 86-92% of of the America public was against just over a week ago? Nancy Pelosi lead the effort in the House of Rep to support George W Bush's plan to bail-out another Corporate America failure, with taxpayers getting billed for it again. Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi led the attack to IGNORE the America People' wishes. Her actions spoke loud and clear. She supports George W Bush's plan, period. She ignored the American People. She supported Corporate America.
Now that we KNOW, for a fact, that as long as She is Speaker of the House, it ain't gonna happen. Here's a new approach to the problem solving effort: On November 4th, 2008, if your Senator or Congressman/women, voted to approve this bail-out Bill, " NOW IS OUR CHANCE TO GIVE THESE TRAITORS WHAT THEY DESERVE". When you come across their name on the ballot, "Just say no!" That's exactly what they said to us less than two weeks ago. We can't do anymore about George W Bush's crimes because the Speaker of the House supports him and his agendas. " BUT WE CAN SPEAK LOUDER THAN ALL OF THEM COMBINED ON NOV 4TH, 2008". If you would like to particape in returning control of our government back over to the people of the United States, DO THE RIGHT THING FOR AMERICA, VOTE THEM OUT OF OUR GOVERNMENT FOREVER!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. VOTE THEM OUT. They ignored us, NOW ITS OUR TURN TO IGNORE THEM. NO EXCEPTIONS, VOTE NO!!!!
