Ted Kennedy Is In The House!
No one knew if he would make it into the eagerly expectant house, but he did.
After a warm introduction by Caroline Schlossberg Kennedy and a loving film tribute, Senator Ted Kennedy strode onto the stage and greeted the convention with an incredibly strong voice, struggling but somehow managing to overcome the obvious effects of his brain tumor.
Kennedy promised to be present at Obama's inauguration in January, and promised to fight for health care for all. He praised Obama's message of hope, and reminded us that his brother John never said the moon was too far away, and we shouldn't bother to go.
Good bless Ted Kennedy, and let us pray for a full recovery of his mind, which is a national treasure.

I have always been proud of
I have always been proud of being a Liberal American Democrat, but I am especially proud today.
With Ted Kennedy's bravery and wisdom, and Michelle Obama's fresh spark of enthusiasm, I am hopeful that we are once again headed in the direction that our Founders envisioned for these United States of America.
Last night was a great night for us.
It was the night to introduce us, the Democrats, and our lineup was fantastic.
As Bill stated, Ted Kennedy was our center. I don't think there was a dry eye in the
house when he walked to the podium. We all remembered where he was just a
few months ago. He is our Liberal Lion and we love him!
Caroline Kennedy was gracious and sharp as a tack. I'm glad to see she
is front and center in Obama's campaign.
Michelle's speech was great. She has a keen understanding of people that her
brother referenced when he introduced her.
She is a great lady.
