Our organization, Ramona Forum (Progressive) has been demonstrating every Sunday for one year.

Our theme is "ENOUGH" and we call for an end to the Iraq war, return of our troops and the impeachment of Bush and Cheney.

We have always displayed a "Honk to Impeach" sign.

Next Wednesday, March 19th is the 5 year anniversary of the invasion and occupation of Iraq. Peace and Justice groups across the country and throughout the world are holding actions to demand an end to the funding of the occupation, along with the impeachment of the president and vice president who lied us into it. There are more than 465 local events in all 50 states planned. Here in Richmond, citizens are coming together to speak up:

*Friday, March 14th - noon - Impeach for Peace Rally outside Congressman Bobby Scott's office.

If you're not working or otherwise busy, please join us for a Honk-to-Impeach outside Rep. Nadler's Manhattan office Friday afternoon. We'll be on the southwest corner of Varick and King Streets (right by the entrance to the 1 train) at 3:30 pm for an hour or longer if the weather is warm.

Bring a sign and a thumbs up for the honkers.

  OK, our Congressmember in the 37th CD is home on break, so let's let hear and see that we favor impeachment.  Bring signs that read "Honk to impeach!" and "Text IMPEACH to 30644" and your cameras, too, so we can send her photos of the event afterwards.

This is the week to say no more, enough!

This coming week, starting on Tuesday the 19th--the LoneVet will be in front of Rep. Blumenauer's office with one sign that says,

"HONK FOR HEARINGS."

I will be there Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of the coming week to support the national effort to move our representatives to call for hearings. This will be happening all across the nation, come if you can, and if you can't then do the following:

1. Call "The Earlman's" office and ask them to tell your representative to call for the "Wexler hearings." Call everyday just in case he does see the light.

2. Call his DC office and do the same as above, be courteous, the staff works hard and only follow what the "Elitists" tell them to say.

3. Drive by 729 Oregon Street and honk your horn at me and let me know that you are also pissed by the actions of this Elitist, called the Earlman.
