Is Our Constitution Dead?

President Bush,"W" and V.Pres. Chaney SHOULD NOT only be IMPEACHED BUT they should both be turned over to the INTERNATIONAL COURT to be tried for WAR CRIMES. They and the Republican controlled Congress (2003-2007)have literally stolen our constitution from us.

Yes the Democrats were in control of Congress when the "Exploratory War Authorization" was approved, but I don't believe any one anticipated that "W" would do what he has done since then, except possibly those Republican Insiders that had prior knowlege of his Ultimate Plans.

His abuse of the "Signing Statements" is just one example of why, now that the Democrats are again in control, they can't control what he does without some help from the Republicans.
