We're having our next regular meeting this Monday Nov. 26th @ 6:30pm at Johnny D's in Davis Sq. Somerville, MA. So, come on out. (It's free pizza night at Johnny D's).

We have many important things to discuss. Mostly, we'll be discussing plans for a big impeachment rally this Sat. Dec. 1st at Fanueil Hall.

John Nirenberg of Brattleboro, VT is planning to WALK approximately 440 miles from Boston, MA to Washington, DC to confront House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and demand impeachment of Bush/Cheney!

We'll be gathering for a rally at Fanueil Hall next Sat., starting at ~2pm.

We have many details to work out before this Saturday. So everyone please try to make to the meeting this Monday.

Rally at Faneuil Hall, Boston, MA, then march to Boston Tea Party Ship.

Brattleboro Vermont resident John Nirenberg plans to walk from Boston to Washington, DC to confront House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and DEMAND impeachment proceedings begin against Bush & Cheney immediately! (That's right, you heard me: HE'S GOING TO WALK - THE WHOLE WAY!)

John will begin his trek to Washington, DC on Saturday, December 1, 2007 from Fanueil Hall in Boston, MA - where Americans forefathers once gathered to plot their resistance to King George.

The media, otherwise known as the Fourth Estate, is not covering the issues and asking the tough questions. Where are Woodward and Bernstein when we need them?

As the US Constitution lies in shreds and the drum beat for war against Iran becomes louder, the media is primarily in lock step with the Bush administration. If the media will not cover the issues, the People will bring their demands to the media. Demands will be hand delivered to the front office of the O.C. Register. Protest signs should reflect the numerous reasons for impeachment (see www.ocimpeachmentsite.org to highlight the impeachable act of your choice) and your own demands to the media. Please join us:

· Join us in demonstrations near two major malls in Debbie's district this Saturday, November 24th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. (or any portion thereof). We have signs specific to Debbie and specific to the crimes that have been committed by Richard B. Cheney that warrant an immediate start of impeachment hearings in the House Judiciary Committee where Debbie sits.

· This is the biggest shopping weekend of the year so we will have maximum exposure. In addition to the Honk & Waves, we will be passing out flyers explaining that Debbie is putting party ahead of country, not fulfilling her oath of office, not representing what the majority of her Democratic constituents want, and that she is enabling Cheney and Bush to bomb Iran if they so choose.

In this educational event we will hear from published authors who are students of U.S. history and the Constitution and deeply concerned citizens

their understandings of:

* What does the Constitution say about impeachment?
* When has impeachment been used in U.S. history, and what were the results?
* Do any actions of President George W. Bush and Vice-President Dick Cheney constitute the “high crimes and misdemeanors” referred to in the Constitution?
* Why is the U.S. Congress not acting on the impeachment resolutions which have been introduced?
* Are there reasons why Congress should not consider impeachment?
