BlueRevolution

Be a Pollworker!

Blue revolution sounds great, but how about actually doing some of the work for clean elections. Get involved: run a polling place on Election Day.

By the people, for the people. That means us. We're the people.

Call your registrar of voters now and volunteer to work on Election Day. Don't leave it to the few retired folks in your neighborhood who aren't working at W*lmart.

Strategy, If We Win One or Both Houses of Congress

Timothy Porter txpje@yahoo.com

We do not need to be doing any "dancing in the end-zone." We don't need to do that even if we win big in both houses of Congress.

What we NEED TO DO, is "the job we were elected to do for the people who elected us." If we don't do this then our dancing will turn into a vodoo dance that will cause us all kinds of ills and ailments, and spew even more poison into the electorate population.

* Work on impeaching George W. Bush and Cheney, by all means
* Work on restoring Constitutional protection to all of us
* Work on bringing the troops home from Iraq

wear blue on election day

In 2004, I was a volunteer for MoveOn in Ann Arbor, MI. My job on

Blue Revolution-San Luis Obispo County

Every poll points to a Democratic victory on November 7. Yet George Bush, Dick Cheney, and Karl Rove all insist Republicans will win.

Are they planning to steal another election?

Let's start a Blue Revolution across the USA on Election Night to stop Republicans from stealing Election 2006.

When the polls close, we propose that Democrats across the country gather outside their County Election Office for a candlelight vigil to Count Every Vote, all wearing the same color: Blue.

Imagine a Blue Revolution, every bit as joyous and historic as the Orange Revolution in Ukraine, the Cedar Revolution Lebanon, the Velvet Revolution in Czechoslovakia, and the other democratic revolutions of recent years - right here in the United States of America.
