Hello, I am a student activist who has done work organizing against the war in Chicago. I would like to apply pressure in this Congressional District to get Donnelly to impeach Bush (and Cheney). Anyone interested in visiting Congressman Gerold Nadler on May 1st at noon, and possibly staying in his office at 21 Varick Street, New York City, NY, please let me know. 

We will bring the impeachment petition, Yoo's torture memo, and all the other war crimes information to prompt the Chairman of the sub-committee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties to do the right thing!

I am ready to go picket for impeachment in Palo Alto over lunch Wednesday or Friday, or after work. Who will join?

It is particularly important that we do our job because of Eshoo's influence with Pelosi.

Also, I think we should find out the cell phone number of both of their legilslative director (call Pelosi's when you're up in the city to make it kosher.)

Ron Lewis is our House of Representative. I would be happy to collect signatures on an Impeachment petition. Just let me know how & when.  I semi-retired so I am free most any time.

Please join us to plan a town hall for later in the month.  The target date for the actual town hall is Sunday, April 27th.  Now we need help getting speakers, planning the event, and, most importantly, publicizing it so that we get a good turnout and media coverage.

We'll be meeting on the ground floor of 1260 Mission Street between 8th and 9th Streets this Thursday at 6:30pm.  The meeting will be a pot luck, so a small food item or a donation would be weclome - but not required.

I live nowhere near either office (I am in Old Town), but I think this is a huge issue, that needs attention. It's deplorable how our representatives are ignoring this issue. Party Leadership (Pelosi) is obviously not going to help. We need our Representatives to MAKE this happen! Is anyone else out there with me? Can we make Rep Davis make a change?
