Open Letter to Senator Baucus

I agree with the young Billings family man with the congenital heart program.  Whose side are you on?

Who are you there to serve?

we need mass single-payer healthcare demonstrations: easy, visible, national, media-attracting

some ideas:

-everyone honks their horn/flashes care lights at 530pm every friday

-musicians out in the streets at an appointed time, play 'my country tis of thee' etc, people out in the streets singing  something simple like "single payer in our country' to this or some common tune

-everyone encouraged to wear white armband with red cross on it.

Mass easy events, with dramatic impact!

any ideas on how to organize this and spread the idea virally?

cONGRESSIONAL COMMANDMENTS

WHY IS IT THAT NO ONE IS ADDRESSING THE MAIN CORE PROBLEM WITH THE CONGRESS AND THE ISSUES TODAY.

HEALTH CARE, THE FINANCIAL MELTDOWN, THE ENERGY CRISIS, ETC ETC....

ALL THESE PROBLEMS AND MORE ARE BEING CAUSED BY THE SPECIAL INTEREST LOBBY.

CONGRESS IS BEING PAID $1.4 MILLION A DAY  BY THE HEALTH CARE LOBBY TO PREVENT THE PUBLIC OPTION OR ANY OTHER TRUE REFORM FROM BEING PASSED.

CONGRESS IS BEING PAID OFF BY THE OIL  COMPANIES NOT TO REGULATE THEM.

CONGRESS IS BEING PAID OFF BY THE BANKS AND OTHER FINANCIAL  LOBBYISTS NOT TO REGULATE THEM.

CONGRESS IS BEING PAID OFF BY THE ENERGY LOBBY NOT TO REGULATE THEM.

Why then do we need them at all?

I keep hearing republicans insisting government is now too big and power should be given to the states to handle everything. Of course everything that they can sluff off onto the states has to be paid by someone. Oh yeah, thats why taxes keep going up in all of the states and counties and cities, to pay for things federal government should be funding to begin with. Its our money anyway.  If they really believe what they say,,, WHY THEN DO WE NEED THEM AT ALL? Lets ask them all to go home and leave their inflated salaries behind.

How do we fix Social Security/Medicare and the lack of Health Care for the general public?

                                                                        September 12th, 2009

Everyone wants to fix the Social Security system, the Medicare system and provide Health Care for the general public.   Hello, everyone is going at these issues from the wrong angle.  What needs to be introduces is:

Anger Management

Lets push congress to require all far wingers to enroll in anger management. Never has so much hate surfaced in such a short time. I am seriously concerned for the well being of both the president and many in the congress as well. I do not believe anyone has the right to incite people to do harm to anyone because of their political beliefs. Lets try to stop the hate before it overcomes us all.

Healthcare funding

I suggest that the President make it known that when it comes to making cuts to fund the healthcare project that he insist that the cuts come from foreign aid, especially those countries that are not receptive to our democratic system.
