Students Mobilize to Elect a Progressive Congress

Here's a new group I'm very excited about: Students for a New American Politics (SNAP PAC).

Founded by six terrific Yale students, SNAP PAC is a new, student-run, political action committee that is funding internships on key progressive campaigns to help take back the House and the Senate in 2006.

Student interns will be placed directly on the campaigns Democrats need to win to help take back the House and the Senate in 2006, and they will have the opportunity to work with top campaign staff and take on major projects and responsibilities.

All of the students that SNAP PAC supports are students who would not be able to participate fully in progressive campaigns were it not for receiving a summer scholarship.

If you're a student and you want to find out more about SNAP and to apply for a SNAP paid internship, visit http://snappac.org

And if you're still a student at heart and want to help a dedicated progressive student make the world a better place, your contributions to http://snappac.org will be put to excellent use.
