Ann Coulter Compounds Her Voting Fraud Crimes

If you enjoy watching trains collide, Coultergate is definitely for you - and HuffPost's Michelle Pilecki is all over it!

The crime: voting fraud

On Feb. 7, Coulter tried to cast her ballot at the precinct closest to her homesteaded Seabreeze home. But because elections records showed she was registered at the Indian Road home of her Realtor, 4 miles north, she was asked to file a change of address. According to pollworker Jim Whited, she dashed out without the form. Records show she did vote at the Indian Road precinct, and that could be a felony.

Oops - people go to jail for that sort of thing, even in Florida!

Florida statutes make it a third-degree felony to vote knowingly in the wrong precinct. Lying on a voter's registration can cost up to $5,000 and five years behind bars.

And she ain't got no alibi neither, according to her very own Palm Beach Realtor, Suzanne Frisbie:

"She never lived here," said Suzanne Frisbie, owner of the Indian Road home. "I'm Ann's Realtor, and she used this address to forward mail when she moved from New York."

And then there's the minor matter of the deed.

So what comes next? A belated change of address sent with a big box of chocolate to the Board of Elections?

No way! Ann Coulter is a Bushevik, and being a Bushevik means never having to say you're sorry the victims of your crimes have to apologize to you!

And so the Coulter counter-offensive begins...

Step 1 is to deny that she lives in Palm Beach at all. Here's what Crosby posted on 2/15 after Coulter spoke at the University of Arkansas:

Ann Coulter spoke on my campus tonight, and I asked her "I was just wondering if you would like to respond to allegations that you knowingly voted in the wrong precinct in Palm Beach."

She responded that "No, I don't live in Palm Beach. Maybe you shouldn't read retarded news!"

According to Retarded Newsman Jose Lambiet of the Palm Beach Post,

There is no doubt whatsoever that Ann Coulter lives in Palm Beach. The deed is in her name. Her neighbor is Bill Brooks, a town councilman in Palm Beach who knows her well and sees her across the fence sometimes daily. Her publicist last year confirmed that she was moving because of stalkers and, finally, her lawyer called me last year when I wrote the story about her moving to Palm Beach because she was unhappy we reported the name of the street she lives on. Never mind that it's two miles long and has at least 100 homes on it. And finally, a woman who looks just like Ann Coulter, whose name is Ann Coulter and who acted like Ann Coulter voted in Palm Beach last week.

So, her statement to your reader is absolutely a bold-faced lie.

And it looks like Coulter may have to "tell it to a judge":

VOTE LEAVES COULTER DANGLING LIKE A CHAD

Tart-tongued GOP columnist Ann Coulter's election day meltdown will be investigated after all.

Supervisor of Elections Arthur Anderson said on Friday that Coulter's voting in the wrong precinct this month in a Palm Beach Town Council election was an isolated incident, one that will be referred to State Attorney Barry Krischer. When that happens, Democrat Krischer, who didn't return calls for comment, will be investigating two White House cheerleaders based on The Island. The other one is radio talker Rush Limbaugh, subject of a doctor-shopping probe.

Whited, a Republican, said he didn't file an incident report because he didn't think Coulter's action warranted it. But Anderson, a Democrat, said Friday his office wants to interview Whited — who accused Coulter of committing a felony on radio talker Dick Farrel's show on WPBR-AM 1340.

Early last week, an elections official told Page Two that nothing would happen to Coulter unless someone filed a complaint with the office. That had not occurred as of Friday, so Anderson said, "I can assume the prerogative personally to make certain that this matter is followed up."

One thing is sure: The Left that Coulter so hates won't let it lie. County Democratic boss Wahid Mahmood called Coulter's actions "a disgrace."

"I'm getting lots of phone calls about this," he said. "And I am contacting Arthur (Anderson) to make sure this is followed up. It's about time people find out what the notorious Democrat bashers are really like when the TV cameras are turned off."

Ooooh - this is sweet!!!
