It is our duty as citizens to force our congressional representatives to stand by their oaths of office, uphold the constitution, and impeach public officials who violate the supreme law of our land; how can a constitutional republic function if it's constitution is not obeyed? We must demand that the fundamental law of this nation is respected, for if it is not we mine as well still be under the yoke of British parliament subject to bills of attainder, ex post facto laws, unreasonable searches and seizures, and quartering of troops, with no right to bear arms or exercise free speech or press; I implore you as patriots and citizens stand up for the law and demand that your representatives do the same. Remind Representative Norman D. Dicks, Senator Maria Cantwell, and Senator Patty Murray of their oaths of office; tell Norman Dicks to put George W. Bush and Dick Cheney on trial in the Senate where our Senators Maria Cantwell and Patty Murry can convict them for violating the constitution. If they don't listen, impeach them for violation of their oath to protect, preserve, and defend the constitution. Is anyone out there with me on this? Can we stand behind the ideals that our forefathers fought and died for? Be a patriot, stand up for the constitution; if we as citizens, representatives, and public officials do not uphold the ideals set forth by our forefathers in our constitution it's no better than a piece of paper. It is our duty to pay attention to what our government is doing, that's why our forefathers wrote freedom of the press into the first amendment. I propose that those of us who know and understand our constitution, as well as our duties as citizens, create an impeachment committee here in the 6th district of Washington State.
