Having met Heath Shuler, I believe he would be moved to vote for impeachment by an argument that stresses the moral lesson we are teaching our children by allowing a president/vice-president to lie, subvert the constitution, torture and war profiteer (check out the latest figures on Cheney's Halliburton stock options)without any consequences whatever. Nearly 3000 soldiers have died for a lie. If that's not impeachable, we should just take impeachment out of the constitution. My husband and I are planning to write to Shuler and urge him to investigate all these issues and, if warranted, impeach both Bush and Cheney. How many folks from the 11th district will do the same?
