What to do after the polls close? A suggestion from LA

Hello there,
We - the EP grassroots organizers in Los Angeles - are thinking that it might be more effective to show up in front of the LA times and other media outlets with copies of the incident reports and other evidence of voter suppression - copies of video, photos, etc... Since we are going to be sharing this material nationally all day election day on the Utube and other sites, and we will have Video the Vote out there, and the Pollworkers who are keeping an eye on the polls - we may have real news to offer.

Here's the other tricky part of sending everyone to Norwalk to vigil. It's not vigil friendly - meaning it's quite a ways out of town. there's no facilities, people will be in the cold all night. I mean, we could do it, if we rented a bus or two... but could we really get media out there?

Just thinking out loud. Really hoping there's Los Angelenos willing to take the lead on this.
Oh, and by the way. If you can take the day off to be a county pollworker, here's a link to the schedule of the remaining classes: Don't wait for them to get back to you. They're swamped. Just go. You'll be assigned a polling station. then join Pollworkers for Democracy
