Pomeroy, is a joke and a phony!
Pomeroy is a Joke as a Congressman, he favors big businesses, he favors hiring illegal immigrates in a labor-depressed State, [which most of the farm laborer are illegal immigrates] he traded our young Soldiers blood for money for the farmers, and etc!
He said that the people of North Dakota don’t favor impeachment, I would like to know how he came up with this answer, he won’t answer his mail on time and when he does it is a form letter which covers everything and has nothing about the question you ask. [I wonder if he knows where North Dakota is on the map] North Dakota has one Congressman and we got hooked with this joker and a phony, God help us!
I do know one thing he is not, and that is a Democrat!

You are absolutley right - Pomeroy is a Dem in name only. As a constituent, I have written to the man objecting to his vote for the war and many other matters on which he has fallen to the other side. He panders to the military, especially the ND National Guard while his wrong headed "support for the troops" leads to their deaths and injury. As you say, he responds to issues with form letters that barely touch the substance of any issue. That's if he responds at all.
I have written to him and directed petitions to him urging him to do whatever he can to end this nightmare in Iraq and to impeach the criminals now occupying the White House. In response to the latter, I have received nothing. This is not a man of conviction or principle. This is a man who uses his "constituents" as an excuse to avoid doing the right thing and, most importantly, as a way to be sure he gets re-elected.
I'm a comstituent too, and I'm not being well represented, Earl!!
