Well, OK, you haven't.  But maybe that should be the consolation prize for the reporters who choose not to ask Bush about the White House Memo and collect their $1,000 reward from Democrats.com.  Here's how a quail-hunter dissects the holes in the reports of Vice President Cheney's Texas mishap with a shotgun.

Bush and his band of thugs have put the Cheney story right out there like bait on a hook, and the enire press corp is on it.

That is one thing the GOP is good at, misdirecting the voter's attention to something that doesn't matter.

He was cited for some small thing, paid a $7 fine. But Rove and Co. have ordered his soldiers the media to center in on Cheney.

That is where they win, big time.....distraction, like the old saying of the shell game, don't look at this hand, look at the other. We are all falling for it if we continue to print anything about the incident.

What we have is an old man, heart about to go out, trying to make a political statement that he is rough and tough guy who likes to hunt. He is just like Joe Bob and Bubba down in Texas. Hunters Unite in 2006!!!!!!!

I wish everyone would contact their media and tell them to stop talking about that. We have men being killed as we speak. Who really gives a damn about Cheney and his hunting trip.

I personally am more interested in the 89+ programs that the GOP controlled Congress and White House are stripping away so they can have more money for the war. They have already lost billions of dollars and he wants more, the money is disappearing as we speak.

Don't fall for their BS!

On 60 Minutes Sunday it was reported that billions of dollars has just disappeared. Isn't anyone interested about why and when and who stole the money.

The cash hoard in Iraq could rebuild our gulf coast region. If they cannot keep the books right, send the money back and lets start rebuilding the Gulf Coast area.

Must be nice to take a wheel barrel down to a basement and throw as many bricks of American dollars into it and walk away without explaining what they are going to do with it.

Again, the buck stops here and that is the White House. IMPEACH BUSH NOW! There are so many charges that could be levied against this administration, hey, just pick one. The GOP are dropping like flies in this bribery case,leak case, Katrinagate, and believe me, they are only telling us the highlights of what is really going on.

President Bush Crashes the King Funeral

According to sources GWB was not invited to the King funeral, he just came on his own.

Just another photo op. He has not one clue what this world was like during the birth of civil rights and voting rights in this country.

He was too busy bigshotting around Houston acting cute, drinking and playing.

He should have stayed home for that funeral. he has cut as many programs he can against the disinfranchised. He didn't care about Mrs. King. It was his own father who was in Washington when they were wiretapping Dr. King's private life.

What a disgrace. I can't wait until 2006, hopefully we can gain enough ground to impeach.

It was proper for the President to attend the King funeral

Notice I said the President as it doesn't matter who the President is - it's the office of the Presidency that matters and he should represent the nation at a funeral of someone like Coretta Scott King. Had the President of the United States not attended, it would have been an affront to a great woman.

I'm having a bit of trouble

understanding why she would have wanted Bush, specifically, to be there. His efforts to disenfranchise as many blacks as possible ever since 2000 should have been enough to keep him home but he has no respect for the dead. The fact that little black babies were tied to poles in New Orleans because the federal government is one great big f up should still be haunting him. The fact that it is not, tells me a lot about the man.
