Bush and his team derive their power from what happened on 9/11. If we can get the real 9/11 story out to the public that would, not only stop them, but have them removed from office. Stopping Alito is important, but it doesn't stop them. Four pieces of information I find relevant are the following:

If this information or some composite could be fed the public at large in a palatable way, it would bring the entire Bush-terror edifice down just like the towers. They derive their power from terror and will continue to do so. We can chip away by fighting fires here and there, but it still leaves them with their public terror power, which they will use again. Think about it. We have a large group of very active, intelligent people here that, I believe, can find an effective way to use this approach.

Sept 11th

While I agree with this, the public's perception of a
so called "Conspiracy" like Sept 11th is hard to push
out.
We must have concrete evidence and true facts to defeat
GW Bush and his false Sept 11th facade.

I think the concrete facts are there in the way the building collapsed and other information as well. There is quite a lot of evidence and important questions to be answered. The problem, as your reply implies, is how can we get people to look at this much less believe it. As you are well aware, the truth that lies here is very painful for anyone to admit to oneself. It's easier to deny it and call it a half baked conspiracy theory-even with the testimony of a number of world experts in intelligence and building structure. I think the biggest thing holding this back is not the evidence. There is evidence aplenty, but fear. Media fear of reprisals by the administration. Public outcry at first at the thought something so vile could have been committed by our government. What would happen to the U.S. if people believed 9/11 was allowed to happen? The disillusionment would be immense. It would be opening the door to the fallibility of us as a country, as a people. That would be difficult for much of the nation that sees the world as white or black to admit.
If we don't stop Alito
the rehash of 9-11 is not at the top of my list. Yes it is important that it be thoroughly investigated but with a SCJ like Alito our hands could be tied on every important issue, including this one. Health care, fairly priced perscription drugs, any subject that could come before the SCOTUS.
This vote on Alito isn't just about one or two issues, this is about our very way of life and the Constitution of these United States.

I agree that Alito has to do with more than one issue
as well as our Constitution and Bill of Rights. I hope and have done, my part, to see that Alito is not confirmed. He's a bigot and a fascist type as far as I am concerned.
The point I am trying to make is that Bush and his team get their fuel from the 9/11 disaster. That is their strength which continually revives them and gives them the impetus to create other 9/11s, which I expect any time. Over and over they use this terror to get what they want. The only way I can think of stopping them cold is by somehow showing the public they allowed the 9/11 disaster. Even to put the question in the minds of the public would be enough to stop them. I am hoping that one of you brilliant people out there will find the vehicle to do this. The image I have in my mind is that of creating a leak in the dyke and then watching that leak grow and grow until it breaks the dyke. It's like the 100th monkey phenomenon. Once enough people believe it, the idea reaches critical mass and spreads throughout the population. By the way, if I should suddenly disappear, my girlfriend claims I'm being spied upon because my land line, cell phone and email have suddenly not been working well. However, I believe it is coincidental.
