Is this company legit?

I've been receiving advertisements from a cell phone company called "Working Assets", claiming that 1% of it's revenue is donated to "progressive" causes.

I'm in the market for their service, but want to check with someone and see if their claims are true.

Does anyone here know if their claimed "donations" are legitimate?
