Three Iraqs
The neocon American Enterprise Institute (AEI) is disappointed with their man Bush. The AEI was one of the neocon drumbeaters for war in Iraq. At a recent meeting, AEI has apparently come to the conclusion that, regardless of the constitutional vote, there will probably be civil war in Iraq, partitioning Iraq in three pieces, due to Bush's bungling. wsw.org (10/11/2005).
On the other side, at least some Iraqis believe that it is the goal of the US to split Iraq in three, to better control the oil. In furtherance to that end, it is their belief that the US and the UK has been responsible for most of the bombings that kill civilians. The most recent piece of evidence is the two SAS officers dressed in Iraqi clothing that were recently seized in Basra, started shooting when their car was stopped and had a large amount of explosives in their car with detonators. They were headed to the town center where many Iraqis were gathered because of a festival/holiday/holy day. globalresearch.ca (10/11/2005).
Could this have been Bush's plan all along? Incidentially, over the weekend the US pulled out a provision in the Iraqi constitution calling for the shutdown of US bases in Iraq.

Shocked, just Shocked!
Why would it suprise anybody that the criminals at the American Enterprise Institute would do what it does.
This administration is floundering and they are, of course, abandoning a sinking ship. And they are the one's that built the ship in the first place.
