- Worldwide sympathy for America
- Osama Bin Laden
- Clinton's budget surplus
- Clinton's cheap gas ($1.15 average over 8 years!)
- Iraq
- Iran
- North Korea
- and now New Orleans
There must be an explanation. Is Bush cursed?
Bush's 'spirit' cursed with black magic, tossed into river
October 19, 2003The spirit of US President George W Bush has been trapped in a clay pot and tossed into a river in northern Thailand after being cursed by hundreds of farmers protesting US agriculture policy.
A photograph of the US leader was sealed inside a pot amid black magic mantra chants, then tossed into the Ping River on Friday by demonstrators after they rallied at the US consulate in Chiang Mai, a farm group leader said.
"This is a traditional northern Thai ceremony aimed at keeping his spirit down on the riverbed so he could not come and exploit our natural resources or suppress our (farming) brothers with his superior influence," Weerasak Wan-ubol, an executive of the Northern Farmers Alliance, said today.
The 300 protesters, claiming to represent 20,000 members from seven northern provinces, railed against imminent plans for a free-trade agreement between Thailand and the United States.
The act was also a protest against Washington's military intervention in sovereign nations, the Bangkok Post reported.
A respected elder performed the voodoo rites, inscribing ancient Khmer scripts on the pot, aimed at trapping the spirit of the US president.
I think we need to send some Navy Seals to retrieve the pot and free Bush's spirit to save the world from total destruction...

Black magic is too real to be dismissed as foolishness....although I have to say that I nearly fell out of my chair laughing about this story. However, taking the idea of a "cursed" presidency seriously, to suggest that Bush is cursed runs the risk of making him some kind of victim, which he is not. He and his administration plotted and planed for years. Although one would think from the catostrophic consequences that there was no planning of any kind...except, it would seem, that, once again, the rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer....and diminished in numbers by illegal wars and natural disasters. Should we think that was not part of the plan?

3. If you did not vote for him and did not support him, what did you do when you disagreed with him:
a. Did not criticize him, or
b. Left the country, as you propose those who are exercising their Constitutional rights do? If so, where did you go?
By the way, the right to freely voice your opinion is what "the founding fathers intended". Why do you have a problem with that? Why do you hate America so much?

I'm sure that literally BILLIONS of people have cursed Bush. Including "Mrs. Cactus", who's online identity, btw, is MysticMary....
But I've come to look on Bush's affliction more as a sort of reverse "Midas Touch"... I call it "The Scatological Touch". Everything he touches turns to shit!

whatever respect he might have had in the U.S. as another lose?

Recent
Lets not forget the recent showing of power from China and Russia aimed at the US. I wouldn't be supprised if WWIII is Bush's fault.
He is has apparently lost the support of many from New Orleans as he has sent minimal help to the state after the hurricane rolled through. I would guess that he sent more aid and spent more on Iraq in the past few days then he ever will on the recovery effort. Great job, huh?
