Military Training Changes

Changes that can make the U.S. Armed Forces Stronger

1.) Tae Kwon Do as a part of every soldier's physical training, every work day. It teaches uniformity, good exercise, and more effective than the current useless hand to hand fighting method.

2.) Weight Training with machine weights as a part of physical training.

3.) More whole foods as a part of the diet. No junkfood and soda at all during boot camp. Fruit should be served alone.

4.) Homeopathic Growth Factors, hGH and IGF-1 tablets. All the effects of anabolic substances, legal, effective, making our soldiers stronger, smarter, and able to endure more.

Heavens

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Good Heavens

Submarine   USS Wahoo  ss238

I dont know whether to cry or laugh.

We also should give them salad rations when they are deployed
and little happy meals when they are back on base.
Also Pedicures are in order for the female Military personel
I also think they should have pottery classes, or sand
sculpting is very fun

That sounds like the same

That sounds like the same stuff my recruiter promised me when I enlisted...

ren199 are you serious?

i am at a total loss here. I think the best way to look out for our soliers well being would be to bring them home.
heres my list.
1)qulity time with thier families every day. it teaches good interpersonall relationships for the soldier and thier offspring.

2)wieght training with thier children, lifting and hugging 2 25 pound kids every day is a good workout.

3)Sit down meals with good homecooked food.

4)Work, at thier regular jobs, will bring in the income the family is used to, allowing them to make mortgage payments. soldiers whos families have roofs over thier head are happy soldiers.

5) for people to stop making asinine statements about how to improve a soldiers life thru excerscise and hormone tablets when what they really need are humvee armor and politicians who care about them.

I'd also be interested in any case study that showed anabolic steriods making someone SMARTER. idiot.
