According to my newspaper, the San Bernardino County Sun, a Haliburton Subsidiary had been awarded a multi million dollar contract to build a new prison at Guantanamo Bay. According to the article the Haliburton subsidiary had offered the lowest bid. I have no doubt that they were probably given a number that would be the lowest bid and can hide the true cost in cost overruns and increased labor costs. If you read the papers on Friday night or Saturday morning you will find out about what congress has passed that they don't want you to know. I am 68 years old, and I think this has been about the worst administration and the sneakiest that I can remember. We all thought Nixon was bad, the Bush Cheney band of bandits make him look like a choir boy. I think they need to appoint a special council and impeach the whole bunch, from Bush all the way down to the last cabinet member!
