Assuming that I wasn't in on the 9-11 attack in the first place, as we here believe the bushites were, I probably would have followed the Afganistan course of action. Assuming that Bin Laden really was there. There would have no reason to go any farther, just pursue and capture or kill Bin Laden. But that point also assumes that I have no goal of world domination, as the neo-cons have had for a long time.

The fact is, if I were king of the world, instead of just cheese, my mideast policy would have been completely different anyway. So the point is moot.

If Bush were the 'honest and sincere' man that he trys to sell himself off; that would be a fair question?

Although Bush already had a 'man-made agenda'; since 1991 that (Daddy Bush) --failed Iraq and didn't bring-down Saddam and left the Iraqis out to 'fry'; and also since Daddy Bush lost to Clinton; W became deranged and 'hostile'. --

During those years in Texas --he handed down more death-sentences and managed to 'make Texas a complete 'right-wingnut' solid red state...and used Rove as the 'killing machine'.

Bush and Rove are sadistic ; they love 'war and conflict'; how can a fair answer come to mind --when we know the results.

Covert Action:
Immediately after the 9-11 attack I would have called G.W. Bush and told him his cousin Osama Bin Laden is in big trouble and we would have to put Bush under house arrest so he couldn’t warn Bin Laden that we are coming after him.

Overt Actions:

I would go after Bin Laden and Al Qaeda and consequently straighten things out in Afghanistan where other females are treated worse than animals – inhuman treatment.

I would meet with my staff and make sure the military knows and follows the Geneva Convention as we go after Al Qaeda.

I would meet with and make adjustments according to the recommendations of the International Red Cross.

I would meet with the UN and formulate a plan to counter terrorism in every area of the world.

I would have a meeting with the leaders of Egypt and Saudi Arabia to find out why their countries have so many dissidents and formulate a plan to re-educate their extremist factions towards a more tolerant society. (Would use the same plan in the United States)

I would find out who the heck put off my meeting with Richard Clarke and fire that person immediately, and then I would keep Clarke close by for further information and advise.

3. RETURN IFINITELY FAST TO PEACE AND ECONOMIC POWER.
4. USE THE MOST MASSIVE BUDGET SURPLUS IN HISTORY TO SECURE THE PORTS, AIRLINES, AND BORDERS.
5. PREPARE THE NATION FOR A SHOWDOWN WITH THE NUCLEAR POWERS OF NORTH KOREA AND IRAN.

OR

1) I would freeze for one half hour reading My Pet Goat and engaging in a photo op.
2) I would wage a limited military response in Afghanistan so as to give us ONLY a sporting chance of catching and killing Osama Bin Laden.
3) I would linger in Afghanistan, worry Americans with color alerts, talks of terror and hints of invading Iraq so as to depress the USA economy. Ridding the USA of its economic power is critical in creating only a sporting chance of winning victory.
4) I would give away the surplus to the richest few so that no real money would be left for defending USA borders. I’m a gentleman so again, it’s only sporting.
5) I would let North Korea and Iran pursue their nuclear programs to their hearts content whilst attacking Iraq –a non military threat. Sometimes one needs a break from the hard work. I would do so while alienating our nuclear allies as no further world wars will ever occur and we no longer need them.
6) I would make it unclear to North Korea whether we will pre-emptively attack. This will cause the mentally disturbed dictator to consider striking with a nuclear attack first. Once he did that the USA could fire at will. Casualties in limited nuclear war would be light. Economically, soldiers work for peanuts as they are motivated by love of country, therefore it’s effect should not reverberate too far outside of military families lives. I would pursue SDI and battlefield nukes so that limited nuclear war becomes a reality rather than Mutual Assured Destruction.
7) I would make it clear to all Nations that the military is not the proper tool for non military endeavors just as intellectuals and others throughout the USA predicted. An example, however, speaks louder than the experts, the Pope, old fashioned Conservatives, etc. Iraq would be my example.
8) I would pursue the Topic of Terrorism whilst ignoring the infinitely more deadly problems of USA murders, drunk driving, etc. This may sound illogical at first but think about it.

The State Department decided to stop publishing an annual report on international terrorism after the government's top terrorism center concluded that there were more terrorist attacks in 2004 than in any year since 1985, the first year the publication covered.

Several U.S. officials defended the abrupt decision, saying the methodology the National Counterterrorism Center used to generate statistics for the report may have been faulty, such as the inclusion of incidents that may not have been terrorism.

Last year, the number of incidents in 2003 was undercounted, forcing a revision of the report, "Patterns of Global Terrorism."

But other current and former officials charged that Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice's office ordered "Patterns of Global Terrorism" eliminated several weeks ago because the 2004 statistics raised disturbing questions about the Bush's administration's frequent claims of progress in the war against terrorism.
This is bloody outrageous! Such claims are patently specious; Bush’s foreign policy has made us less safe, not more so; there was no al-Qaida in Iraq before the war, only after we got there; terrorism is on the rise, not on the run; Osama bin Laden, the mastermind of 9/11 is still on the loose, no doubt planning his sequel. Eliminating a report that tracks the potential danger to our country and our allies does not erase these facts.

This just in: Global terrorism rates are higher than any time since 1985. Thanks, Dubya!

Here's something funny, in a rip-your-patriotic-heart-out-and-spit-on-it sort of way: Just last week, BushCo's State Department decided to kill the publication of an annual report on international terrorism. Why? Well, because the government's top terrorism center concluded that there were more terrorist attacks in 2004 than in any year since 1985. Isn't that hilarious? Isn't that heartwarming? Your tax dollars at work, sweetheart.

Lest you forget, this is what they do. They trim. They edit. They censor. BushCo kills what they do not like and fudges negative data where they see fit and completely rewrites whatever the hell they want, and that includes bogus WMD reports and CIA investigations and dire environmental studies and scientific proofs about everything from evolution to abortion and pollution and clean air, right along with miserable unemployment data and all manner of research pointing up the ill health of the nation, the spirit, the world.

In other words, if BushCo doesn't like what comes out of their own hobbled agencies and their own funded studies, they do what any good dictatorship does: They annihilate it. Now that's good gummint!

Let's be clear: The obliteration of the National Counterterrorism Center report merely goes to prove what so many of us already know -- that BushCo's brutish and borderline traitorous actions since they leveraged 9/11 to blatantly screw the nation have done exactly nothing to stem the tide of terrorism -- and, in fact, have, by most every measure, apparently increased the threat of terrorism. In other words, the world is a more dangerous place because of George W. Bush. Is that clear enough?

Let's put it another way: Under Bush, in the past five years, the U.S. has made zero new friends. But we have made a huge number of new and increasingly venomous enemies. And no, they don't hate us because of our malls, Dubya. They don't hate us because of our freedoms. They don't hate us because of our low-cut jeans and our moronic 8 mpg Ford Expeditions or our corrupt Diebold voting system that snuck you into office.

They hate us, George, because of our policies. Anti-Muslim. Pro-Israel. Oil-uber-alles. Anti-U.N. Anti-Kyoto. Anti-planet. Pro-war. Pro-insularity. Pseudo-swagger. Bogus staged "town hall" meetings stocked with prescreened monosyllabic Bush sycophants. Ego. Empire.
