Just an idea....and we thought people who wrapped their heads in aluminum foil were crazy, LOL - But seriously, don't these people thing something will be found to repulse these EMF pulse weapons....why spend the money. And anyone working for a public university who takes on such projects should be fired. promptly fired....!!
