Ken Blackwell Illegally Used Seal Of Federal Gov't In Fund Raiser Letter. 

This guy is incredible.  He illegally used the official seal of the U.S. federal government to bolster the status of his now infamous fundraising letter for governor. 

Only a U.S. official acting on official U.S. business is allowed to use the seal.  Our official seal is not to be used for personal gain and such use is criminal.  [P.L. 91-651, Title 18 USC],
