Don't get too excited

Don't get too excited over the news that unemployment dropped unexpectantly in November. November and December generally are months with little layoffs. Janurary and february are generally layoff months. Also now that jobs are not leaving as fast for China things are different. So the job loss picture will not be in focus until March and April.

Also be prepared for the outsourcing of American companies to China as soon as things get better in China. They will be jumping ship faster than rats on a burning ship.

Expect the republicans and their media to use any job losses in Jan and Feb to their advantage.

Expect them not to be concerned by companies leaving for China however.
