Perhaps the party should address the needs of the families of those in the military .. They could use this " public healthcare option " while their loved ones, our arm services are fighting for our freedom, liberty, and justice ' for all .'

The concept of starting a federal lottery system of the people for universal healthcare. In this way: businesses will not be forced to raise premiums on employees. The people will be funding healthcare insurance so it will not be called ' socialism '.Universal healthcare Will not be taxed based , in fact, tax will be collected on winnings and then put back into this universal healthcare pool...A likeness to the healthcare pool that all congressional members have today.

GOP opens Fix Michigan Centers across Michigan to push for Republican candidates in 2010

GRAND RAPIDS -- The Fix Michigan Center of West Michigan launched
Tuesday, part of a statewide push to elect Republican candidates in
2010.

The center, located at Kent County Republican Committee headquarters
at 264 Leonard Ave. NW, is one of 10, including one in Kalamazoo. Ron
Weiser, state GOP chairman, said the centers provide an opportunity for
people to discuss solutions and how they can be part of the process.

"We want to build relationships with the community and get them
engaged in fixing Michigan by electing Republican leadership," said
Jeff Orzechowski, director of the West Michigan center.

Joanne Voorhees, chairwoman of the Kent County Republican Party,
said the center will serve as a phone bank for volunteers to make calls
and a headquarters for organizing mailings and conducting door-to-door
campaigns.

"We need to get the right people in office who are willing to make
the changes Michigan needs to begin to make progess," she said.

Tuesday's opening didn't have a formal agenda, instead it was more
of an open house. Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land, of Byron
Township, was present. Land is the running mate of Oakland County
Sheriff Michael Bouchard, who is seeking the GOP nomination for
governor.

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal was supposed to deliver a message via
video conference, but it fell through because of logistical problems.
In a summary of Jindal's speech to Republicans at Amway Grand Plaza
Hotel, Land said he spoke about how Louisiana fixed its problems and
got on the right track.
