Castaway Voters: Felons in Virginia

Here in Lunenburg County (5th District) others who are concerned and I who believe that those who have paid their dues and will be reaching out those with past felony convictions to assist them in an effort to restore their voting rights. I would very much like to see this project carried out throughout Virginia.
