HELLO All,

I have just moved to Georgia (6 months ago) and to Cherokee County.  I am having a hard time finding anyone to work with.  I would like to volunteer for the election to work the polls.

In navigating, I went to www.GeorgiaDemocrats.com and was amazed to find the CRAP on it.  This must be removed immediately.  Whoever is in charge here must get this removed.

Please contact me.

The site you linked to is a GOP Karl Rove "fake out" site. It just shows how desperate they are that they feel the need to resort to yet more lies and subterfuge.

Here is a link to the real Georgia Democratic Party:

Leage of Conservation Voters Runs LIE: Ad on Web for Clean Coal

Hello:

You are sending around an e-mail asking folks to sign a petition for re-powering America with clean, renewable energy sources as part of the jobs stimulus package.  I signed the petition but, please know the hyperlink goes to a webpage by the League of Conservation Voters, where an ad for clean coal is running.  The AD IS A LIE... SCIENCE IS CLEAR: there is NO SUCH THING AS CLEAN COAL technology.

There are a few theories that we could eventually produce energy from coal without pollution but, those are UNPROVEN THEORIES.

The ad perpetuates a hoax on American taxpayers- it would be millions of tax dollars and many, many years before we would know if clean coal technologies even work at all.

We have KNOWN clean technologies - WIND, SOLAR, WAVE, GEOTHERMAL, and others that are KNOWN TO WORK NOW.....
Shouldn't we spend precious tax resources on technologies known to work, not on something that is a theory with many problems yet to be worked out- costing already struggling taxpayers millions and millions- money we can not afford.

PLEASE- Use your group reach to push for spending taxpayer money WISELY....!! Advocate for clean technologies known to work!

- a working mom taxpayer.
