For the past 8 years much has been written and discussed about the Neocon belief in Armageddon and the need to bring it about to usher in the 1000 years of peace. In order to bring about the apocalypse requires the antichrist and the whore of Babylon. Could they have found their whore in Sarah Palin? She certainly has no regard for the truth, is certainly a religious zealot that does not necessarily follow a fundamentalist faith as evidenced by her minister praying to protect her from witches, and she certainly appears willing to use her femaleness in any way that seems advantageous.
Now I know that many biblical scholars believe the whore of Babylon is symbolic and really applies to Rome but in the past there have been many famous people that believe literally that the whore is a person, a woman that assists the antichrist, also a person, to bring about the end of times. Could the Neocon’s believe this as well?
