During one of his opening arguments, "Buggy" said that circumstantial evidence is like fibers, fibers that can be wound together to make a rope...a hangmans' rope. (I think that was during the Manson trial.) I've got a lot of respect for Buggy, but he has broadened the standard of admissible evidence via precedence. Everyone's got good and bad things about them. Just thought I'd throw this out there: if you're going to criticize the current administration for using a heinous crime like 9-11 to increase their power then we need to examine the practice from all angles with a magnifying glass.
