BillO on Barack Obama and Race

Listening to O'Reilly speak about race is really entertaining for those of us that like shooting fish in barrels. His entire premise - set out in the first part of this audio clip - is that he (and most right-thinking Americans) didn't like the idea of Barack Obama bringing up race. Obama's comment about the inevitability of racist appeals playing a role in this election was annoying to BillO.
BillO went on from there...
Blacks that support Obama are "rabid". Nothing wrong with that though.
Next... Bill was essentially asked why Obama speaking about race to a Black audience was any more offensive than Joe Lieberman talking about Jewish issues to a Jewish audience. BillO didn't want to g there, but he was willing to reiterate that he didn't like Obama talking about race.
The funny thing is, I think O'Reilly probably means well. I really don't think he is a conscious racist; in fact, I really believe that BillO fancies himself an enlightened one. I think he really thinks he's purged every last vestige of racism from his system.
