Check out All Things Democrat
All Things Democrat has a great listing of freebies for lefty sites with demos - headlines from lefty sources, counters (gas prices, national debt, Iraq war casualties, etc.), resources and banners. I haven't seen any other site that does this.
They also have Headlines and Blogosphere pages that list their current feeds - a great tool if you're a blogger (instead of searching dozens of sites to see who's covering a topic).
You could also
get an RSS feed from BuzzFlash (buzzflash.com). They are about as liberal as liberal Democrat gets.
