Iraq and Recession Report Release

On April 24, 2008, MoveOn members will gather at Senate offices and other public locations around the country to hold press conferences and release reports on groundbreaking state-by-state polling data.

I have invited several members of a local group of Obama supporters to artrive to show their distaste for the war, and I would like to invite you!

These reports show that voters strongly believe the Iraq war hurts our ability to fix the ailing economy. Since this is an election year, we also want to show that bad decisions by Republican senators in Washington have local consequences, especially when the coming recession is hurting local residents.
