Peace Boat's 3rd Annual People Building Peace Concert

The Third Annual People Building Peace Concert is in celebration of initiatives for a nuclear-free world in remembrance of Nagasaki Day. This event coincides with the arrival of Peace Boat's ship to New York City, and will bring the rhythms of the world to the United Nations and highlight the initiatives people everywhere are making to build peace and say NO to Nukes and War! This event will feature free outdoor, live world music, dance, booths, and testimonies for a world free of nuclear weapons.

Be sure to come by the NYC-UFPJ table to say hello and pick up information about important local work in August including fliers that you can distribute for the Aug. 25 People's March for Peace, Equality, Jobs & Justice.
