Interesting and
Interesting and thought-provoking, but unfortunately unprovable (except in theory). Gore actually did win the popular vote, but it appears that Kerry came nowhere close.
Maybe it had something to do with the DLC-provided new hunting vest, or the kite board? Or maybe it was the DLC's insistance on not campaigning in States where it was most needed? Perhaps it had something to do with his under-whelming performance in the debates (with the exception of the first one)?
Or maybe the American people saw that Kerry actually was a DLC flip-flopper, as he proved after promising to "fight this (the Ohio count) with the last of my campaign money," and then caving like a whipped puppy, and disappearing for weeks?
You miss the point. Let me make it very clear.
Kerry won a landslide in spite of his lacklustre campaign.
Here is why:
1) There were 25 million new voters. A solid 57-60% were for Kerry.
2) There were 3 million returning Nader votersand Kerry won them by 70-75%.
3) Gore won the popular vote in 2000. It's a no-brainer that Gore voters knew the election was stolen from them by Bush. Ergo, they were VERY motivated to vote for Kerry.
So how the hell did Kerry lose? MASSIVE FRAUD.
And don't forget: Bush approval was at 48% on Election Day. What does that tell you?
I suggest you look closely at the statistical analysis provided in the link. And google for the well-documented cases of fraud in Ohio, Florida, New Mexico, Iowa, Nevada, etc.
You, and others
You, and others, obviously believe the "statistics," but unfortunately Kerry doesn't. With his concession to Dubya, the 2004 election outcome and the final vote tally stands, and has become a sad part of American history. All of the "statistics" and hand-wringing in the world can't change the "official" results at this late stage in the game.
And, without a paper trail, proving fraud will be next to impossible -- especially in the Dubya-laced Federal Court system now in place. That is one reason why California just decertified Diebold voting machines. Hopefully, all of the other states will follow suit.
At this time, the "facts" supporting massive election fraud are only backed by supposition and a few Excel spreadsheets put together by some very bright people. If there was any tangible evidence, or substantial proof whatsoever, it would appear that Kerry and his DLC handlers must either be a part of the conspiracy, or at the very least complacent in its "cover up."
This is a classic case of an old cowboy proverb: "Don't blame the horse, blame the rider."
According to author Mark Crispin Miller...
Kerry told him personally that he knew the election was stolen. When Mark reported it, Kerry promptly denied saying it.
So to that extent, and because of his quick concession (against the advice of John Edwards) he is complicit in the fraud. Those were OUR votes he threw away. SIXTY SEVEN MILLION OF THEM.
The point is that the election WAS stolen. Much tangible evidence exists, which you may be unaware of:
1- Two Ohio election workers were convicted of rigging the recount.

2- It has just been reported that voting records in 56 of 88 Ohio counties have been destroyed.
3) New Ohio evidence exposes apparently illegal 2004 recount activity by Hocking County's GOP Election Director

Criminal cover-up of Ohio's stolen 2004 election sinks to the fraudulent, absurd, pathetic
by Bob Fitrakis and Harvey Wasserman
The illegal destruction of federally protected 2004 election materials by 56 of 88 Ohio counties has become a fraudulent "dog ate my homework" farce of absurd justifications and criminal cover-ups.
The mass elimination of the critical evidence that could definitively prove or disprove the presumption that the 2004 election was stolen has all the markings of a Rovian crime perpetrated to hide another one. Indeed, under Ohio law, that's precisely what must be presumed here.
But what makes the situation downright pathetic is that Ohio's new Democratic Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner has publicly stated she sees "no evidence" of intentional destruction in the disappearance in more than 60% of the state's counties of the ballots from the 2004 presidential election.
So once again, as did Al Gore in 2000 and John Kerry in 2004, the Democrats seem poised to cave to the ongoing GOP coup that has redefined America, and that now involves the criminal destruction of contested evidence in one of the most controversial vote counts in U.S. history.

3) New Ohio evidence exposes apparently illegal 2004 recount activity by Hocking County's GOP Election Director
by Harvey Wasserman | Mar 26 2007 -
... and a stinging complaint is filed in Cleveland
by Bob Fitrakis & Harvey Wasserman
The Republican executive director of the Hocking County Board of Elections (BOE) may have written at least one memo outlining possibly illegal behavior during the scandal-ridden 2004 Ohio presidential recount. And an explosive five-count complaint has been filed by Ohio's new Secretary of State, Jennifer Brunner, against two GOP directors in Cuyahoga County. It is built in part on evidence gleaned from the federal report issued by Congressman John Conyers (D-MI) after the 2004 election, from stories broken at the Freepress.org website, and evidence gathered by grassroots voting rights activists in Cleveland.
After the 2004 election, the Green Party and Libertarian Party paid $113,620.00 for a recount of the state's presidential balloting.
Lisa Schwartze, the executive director of the Hocking County Board of Elections, supervised the recount in that county. On Friday morning, December 10, 2004 as the recount was about to commence there, a technician, Michael Barbian, Jr. from Triad Governmental Systems, Inc., called the Hocking County BOE and informed them he would be in that afternoon "to check out your tabulator computer . . ." a court affidavit documents.
In a court filing by the National Voting Rights Institute contesting the legality of the recount, the following description is offered: ". . . Michael Barbian, Jr. appeared . . . asked for the identity of the precincts selected for the recount, and then proceeded to take apart the computer used for vote tabulation and reprogram it. While there, Mr. Barbian instructed the Hocking County Board of Elections on how to create a 'cheat sheet' to avoid a full hand recount of the votes cast there for president."
At a December 20 hearing conducted by the Hocking County BOE, Barbian was asked "You were just trying to help them so they wouldn't have to do a full recount of the county, to try to avoid that?" Barbian replied, "Right."
I commend you, and others,
I commend you, and others, for compiling this prima facie evidence supporting a widespread case of voting fraud.
The questions now become: how will you proceed, who will bring charges, against whom, and in what venue? Kerry appears to be unwilling to press the matter (for reasons unknown) so who will represent the disenfranchised voters?
And lastly, would it not make more sense to include this "evidence" as a part of the broader Articles of Impeachment, than to pursue it as a separate matter? With that approach, you would not need to prove "who" in each State, but only that Dubya's Administration (FEC?) allowed it to happen in the several States.
Kerry win or not?
When foreigners ask me how could Americans re-elect Bush, I tell them we didn't. It was stolen. Voting fraud has been massive since 2000 and the media covered it all up.
"It's not how many votes are counted but who counts the votes." Stalin
Yes, the media has covered up election fraud, but...
So have 98% of the Democrats. Exceptions: Barbara Boxer, John Conyers, Dennis Kucinich and the Congressional Black Caucus.
