NYT Calls For Impeachment of Gonzales

The lead NYT editorial today: http://www.nytimes.com/2007/07/29/opinion/29sun1.html

Democratic lawmakers are asking for a special prosecutor to look into Mr. Gonzales’s words and deeds. Solicitor General Paul Clement has a last chance to show that the Justice Department is still minimally functional by fulfilling that request.

If that does not happen, Congress should impeach Mr. Gonzales.

First Speedy, then the Energizer Veepy, and last, but derfinitely not least, the #1 crook, Dubya The Decider.

what is the problem now

What is wrong with this committee. Everybody under the radar knows that Attorney-General Gonzales is going to lie through his teeth to protect an inept and still unbelievable President if you want to to him in regards with the firings. So far its dragging and becoming very tedious try ing to get information out of the A.G.   Throughout the entire Bush administration has been nothing but lies and deception(what is new),anyway dont expect Gonzales to give anything up. Believe me if it were to us tax-payers we would have fire the entire administration and that would end that problem instead the committee is dragging their feet with a lot of talk and taken no action.

Someone posted this at a blog I visited and I love it.
