Rally to support Iraq Veterans Against the War DC Chapter to kick off campaign, "Funding the War is Killing the Troops." Directly following Rally, IVAW will deliver flags to Speaker Pelosi, Majority Leader Steney Hoyer, and Majority Whip James Clyburn.
