Got a Facebook profile? It's the fastest growing social network on the Internet and not just for students anymore.  You might be surprised how many of your friends and colleagues are already on Facebook.

We've set up a new group to coordinate impeachment efforts among members: the The Nationwide Movement to Impeach Cheney and Bush. Come join us!

Joining the group will allow you to harness Facebook's outstanding viral capacities to quickly spread information about impeachment far and wide.

Our new community organizer, Jacob Park, would like to ask you to do two things:

1. Go to the group page, click on SHARE, and then click on POST. This will post the group to your Mini-Feed so that all your friends can see it. Then invite at least ten of your friends directly (and tell them to invite at least ten friends).

2. Check the group page regularly. He's going to be posting a lot of action ideas and event listings but I don't want to spam you with invites and messages all the time. There will definitely be actions that you can do and good events near you.

Here are some more ideas:

1. Post a pro-impeachment message on the Facebook sites of Members of Congress. Typically you have to click "support this politician" and then you can write on their wall. Here's the message I posted - you can use it as a guide but please don't copy it or it will look like spam.

H.Res. 333 was introduced by Dennis Kucinich and is co-sponsored by Barbara Lee, Maxine Waters, Lynn Woolsey, Jan Schakowsky, Al Wynn, Lacy Clay, and Yvette Clarke.

H.Res. 333 accuses Cheney of manipulating pre-war intelligence on Iraq and threatening an illegal war of aggression against Iran.

Those are all serious and impeachable offenses and it's way past time for the House Judiciary Committee to start impeachment hearings.
