How Kerry Votes Were Switched to Bush

"Many votes were counted for the wrong candidate or ballot option, and a significant portion of the cross-voting resulted in Kerry votes tallied as Bush votes. The 2004 Presidential election hinged on the Ohio results. According to exit polls, Kerry won Ohio. Instead, with a -3.35 percent differential in Kerry's tally, the results gave the victory and the presidency to Bush. With these circumstances, evidence of miscounted voting and Kerry-to-Bush vote switching have particular importance in determining the actual intent of Ohio voters, the reasons for the exit poll discrepancy, and the validity of the 2004 US Presidential election result. Cross-voting also impacted other races and analysis of past elections may reveal similar cross-voting patterns.
I present evidence of cross-voting and of how Kerry disproportionately lost votes to cross-voting. I discuss the methods to determine how many votes were miscounted or not counted at all, and where possible, report the impact of cross-voting. The article is divided into sections, beginning with necessary background on how the ballot orders and precinct combinations were organized."

My question is, can this be presented in any way shape
or form to change the outcome of the 2004 election?

In Cuyahoga, 1 of 8 Dem votes are represented. IN ohio, 3/4 of votes were punch cards. A lot of the Ohio vote has yet to be analyzed with the probability sorting method employed in the article. Obviously, the place to start is indicated in the article, in an area with over 2/3 Kerry support with punch cards. Suggestions?

Is there enough undisputable proof here to present a case
more than two years later, that would legally chance the outcome
of the 2004 election?
Could it challenge the Supreme Court's decision?
If so, now would be the time to do it.

Man, I hope there is a chance to redeem this country through U.S. laws that haven't been tampered with by Gonzales. When the border patrol agents are being locked up and the crime lords rule, it can be pretty iffy. Those serving are not going to stand up or will they? WE won't know until we try.

It's close to total public upheaval in the streets. Since there is no move for impeachment let's move forward on a differant front. This impeachment movement needs to get radical. How do we do this?
We need to let Nancy Pelosi, John Conyers, Howard Dean, and the Democratic party know that since impeachment is off the table then the Democratic party is off the table for 2008. Yeh I know you will say that means a win for the Republican party. What is the difference between a Republican and a Democrat that will not support impeachment for Bush and Cheney?
Impeachment is not revenge, it is Justice. Remember that word JUSTICE?

Impeachment is the PROCESS
Impeachment clears the air -- it is important in and of itself, whether or not the Senate votes as they should, to impeach the son of a Bush and his Rasputin. Read John Nichol's The Genius of Impeachment.
As for the Supreme Court rescinding the last election, wouldn't that be just desserts?
Meanwhile, George Bush threatens another illegal war as a means to get the heat off himself (and on to the whole world). We should be calling our Congressional REPRESENTATIVES to remind them to represent us. Get us out of Iraq -- don't fund the illegal invasion and occupation! Keep us out of Iran! Don't enable GWB.

What are they waiting for? World War 3, more dead soldiers, more depleted uranium contamination, more torture, more warrantless wiretapping? We need to write,call, and fax every day.

trail. They are too sloppy to clean their mess. Like most women, we can tell who did what and when. It's the men who think we don't know what we are talking about. They bought me in it when they stole my family jewels. The ancestrial vote won through blood, lynchings and assassinations of our leaders. If you people in power are too punk to hold America's crown, then let a black man with a reason to restore justice to this country do it. Barack is tough, it's not advisable now with Geoges tough talk and screwed up actions still in play. You saw how he checked that Ausie, on the troop levels. It's something we have learned in business:

That's the reason the dems passed public vote bill, which allows

That's what the Republiklan's were talking about, why identify them if the resolution is non-binding? To politicly dog them out in future elections because of their next election.
