Instead of concentrating on Afganistan, Irag, Iran, and
syria, shouldn't we be more concerned about North Vietnam. The last I recall about the word exchange between them and bush went like this:
N.V we are worried that you are going to bomb us.
U.S. no you don't worry. we won't bomb you.
