Let them know we want Bush impeached!I sent an email recently to my representative, Devin Nunes asking him to support censuring and impeaching Bush. I received a form letter which declared Bush is a "courageous and honorable leader." If you want to read all that the letter said about Bush go to www.truthtellingforum.com/theforum, where you will also be instructed to sign a petition telling Nunes you want Bush censured and impeached. Nunes thinks only a "fringe group" of Americans want Bush impeached. Let's get as many signatures as we can so he will know we are much more than a fringe!

Mike Thompson (CA01) says we are beating a dead horse
Caller after caller to Congressman Mike Thompson (Dem CA01) on a call-in radio show (KMUD) (12/6/06) said they wanted impeachment back on the table. Mr. Thompson said it is not going to happen and that all Democrats in congress, including John Conyers, have said impeachment is off the table. In frustration he said "you are beating a dead horse" when callers insisted, for various reasons, they wanted impeachment back on the table.
My letter to Mr. Thompson telling him I wanted impeachment on the table garnered a canned response that it may hurt the Democrats in the November election. Since my letter and his canned response were after the elections I responded and pointed this out. I have heard nothing, not even something out of their can. Members of congress, with some exceptions, have an office in their District that only works on re-election issues. Voters need to spend as many days, without a break, holding signs that say they want "impeachment back on the table" until congress reintroduces H. Res. 635.
