Greetings fellow NC05 constituents,

The organization of our impeachment committee has commenced! This is not a task for a solitary individual. All persons interested in contributing in ANY way are welcome. I need all the help we can muster.
Our Representative is Virginia Foxx. She may prove to be difficult to convince Impeachment of Bush and Cheney is necessary. We will have to do our homework and present her with tough questions and irrefutable evidence in order to gain her support.
There will be a public meeting of the Piedmont Green Party Monday, December 4th, at 6:30pm, at the Kernersville Branch Library,and the Impeachment Committee will be on the Agenda. Everyone is welcome to attend. Please post your comments!

Meeting 8/20/07
Hey everybody,
The Piedmont Green Party will be holding a public meeting on Monday, 8/20/07, at the Forsyth Co. Central LIbrary, 660 5th St., Winston-Salem, NC 2007, 6:30-9pm, room 102. Impeachment efforts will be on the agenda.
Also, in Winston-Salem, every Friday at 5pm-6pm there is an impeachment gathering/peace vigil at the intersection of Stratford Rd, Country Club Rd., Miller St, and 1st St (commonly known as 5 points). Bring your own sign or use one of ours!

Our problem is the soft prejudice of low expectations. We need to expect more from each other. The impeachment process is an indispensable tool for the People -- through the House of Representatives -- to hold those in public office accountable. It is worth organizing groups to hit the streets, to carry signs, to visit your representative's and senators' office. The people need to scream through every crack in the official armor, tattoo every visible surface with the message of impeachment. It will right our listing ship of state.
I believe the House of Representatives will bring charges if we stand up and tell them loudly enough it is required. We need to remind our Representatives how they got their position in Congress. If you have a voice, if you have fingers with which to type, if you have a phone on which to call, if you can make a sign or write a letter to the editor, if you can create a video simple or complex you can put pressure on members of both the House and the Senate.
