Election Fraud? why is this not being investigated at the highest levels?
Hi I am a displaced person from NEW ORLEANS who listened to Democrat politicians in my state say publicly that they would not tolerate any post KATRINA price goughing, and even gave the attorney Generals office contact info to report price goughing, just to have my Landlord raise my rent after I returned home from evacuating from$300 to $1200 a month after never getting any response from the attorney Generals office I contacted Governor Blanco's office just to be told they could not do anything to help me because I had no lease and rented month to month.I have watched as all of my freinds have been forced to move out of New Orleans because of rent goughing. New Orleans is a min wg city but it is now top $$ to rent an apt there.And on top of that they are allowing the utillity comany there to quadruple its rates, Just a bunch of dambed words is all any politician is good for.They tell you what you want to hear just to get elected. If all of these things are going on with vote stealing and vote fraud why aren't the elected politicians in Washington doing something about it? Why is it that no one is being prosecuted oreven investigated in the Florida scandal?They sit on their asses and go to big Banquets and do nothing but you expect me to go out and "Protest"? The entire time Bill Clinton was in office they had people and comittees investigating him to try to find something to throw him out of office on, Yet BUSH has sanctioned Torture against the Geneva convention,Illegally ordered wire taps,w/o court orders, A violation of civil liberties and rights.Pushed us into an ilegal WAR,And according to you all has participated in Election fraud. Why aren't the democrats in washington doing any thing about any of it? Why is there no KEN STARR type comission investigating the BUSH administration? You want me to go out and organise and protest while the politicians do absolutely nothing. they are all crooks and just run their mouths and tell us what we want to hear to get elected. Yes I am a bit bitter after being forced to move away permanently from my home town of New Orleans, thanks to lying Democrats like Kathleen Blanco. But now you are telling me my votes no longer count and even then there is election fraud going on. So why would I bother to Vote if it means nothing? If the politicians in Washington can not get off their butts and do something about it why the hell should I. I am just 1 small person and can not effect any kind of change on a massive scale like you talk about by staging protests. If the people in Waskhington with all of the power can not do anything about it why in the hell would you think that I could? YES, I am bitter since KATRINA and I have decided all politicians are evil lying mofo's that they have to be just to get in office. so thank you You have saved me a-lot of time and trouble as I will not be bothering to vote anymore, my vote does not count any ways and who the hell wants to vote for any of these dambed idiots.Paying lip service and doing nothing.

at the moment. I do think however, that you are mistaking us at this site with the national Democratic organization, the DNC. This is a private site--we are people just like you and feel as you do about what happened during Katrina to the people of New Orleans. Much could have been done, should have been done, and had Clinton been in office, would have been done.
As things stand right now, aside from your local politicians there, we have no power in the Congress. We do not have the ability to issue subpoenas, hold investigations, and make accountable, those Republicans who are accountable for what happened to you and the entire Gulf Coast. That is why every vote is so important in this upcoming election. So that our party can regain power and so that we can put the government back on the road to helping the people of the country when they are in need.
Mary Landrieu, a Democrat in Name Only, is your senator. She votes and cooperates with the Bush administration. She has done nothing for your part of the country.
The people you vote for down there in your state, have done little to help...the rest of the country has noticed. Until we regain power in the House and Senate, we are about as powerless as you are.
You can either vote or not vote. If you vote, then you are helping the country escape the control of the Repugnants who now dominate National and even local politics.
The democratic party, the party that has always been for the people, was destroyed in the South when they became Dixiecrats. You folks elected the people who run things down there and they aren't about to help.
On this site, we are trying to return the party to the helping force in all states and all communities...but we cannot vote in your state unless we live there.
