Little item via TPM almost slipped by.... Things have goten so BAD in Iraq and Afghanistan the mercenaries are pullin' out....
I think this is what's called a bad sign (from the AP) ...
Manhattan security company Kroll has withdrawn its bodyguard teams from Iraq and Afghanistan after it lost four workers in Iraq, its parent company said Wednesday.
Michael Cherkasky, president and chief executive of Kroll owner Marsh & McLennan Cos., told The Associated Press that the business in the two countries wasn't worth risking the lives of their employees.
Too dangerous for the hired paramilitaries.
Late Update: Apparently Bechtel has just announced they're pulling out too. -

DID YOU SEE OUR PROOF ON HBO THURSDAY
Man I just saw the proof I needed to verify my vote was stolen on HBO at nine o'clock. At least I know I'm not a conspiracy freak. It just goes to show the BLUE TSUNAMI is definately needed to wash those Recrumicans out the whitehouse like KATRINA. Still that may be too good for the bums. The redumicans paid Diebold to rig the memory cards on the voter machines to count backwards on democrats and forward on republicans. Our President Al Gore recieved a negative 16,200 votes. This stinks to high heaven. Are they so sorry they have to steal the votes to win? IT IS TIME FOR A.C.T.I.O.N. NOW. VOTE BLUE TO GET THE RATS OUT OF WASHINGTON!
VOTING DEMOCRATIC IS NOT ENOUGH
After the elections are over we need to confiscate the ledgers at the polling places to verify that the number of votes cast are the same or less than the ledger indicates. Every voter that goes to the polls has to sign these ledgers before they can vote and I want those ledgers confiscated or subpoenaed and if there is a descrepancy somebody is going to pay bigtime. I am willing to call for a head count to confirm the true number of votes cast. How can we trust the touch screen voting machines or the Diebold counters since they can be hacked or programmed to a desired outcome. The Republicans have been winning political races in this nation for a lot longer than since 2000. As long as the voting machines have been available I would bet money that Republicans have been stealingelections on local levels since that time.Diebold CEO Walden Odell stated in 2004 that he was going to make sure that George W. Bush won the election.
The disgusting part of this whole debacle is that we have a madman running this country who was never elected and a Republican congress that stole elections for the past 15 years.
The unbelievable part of this scenario is that there are teachers, senior citizens,veterans, people living in poverty, union members and other citizens who are targets of the Republican party but they still support the Republican candidates.
