What you have described are trivial accomplishments unless you are an artist at one of them. And I know men who are, and in each profession. If you have not spent 10,000 hours per endeavor you have not even scratched the surface. If you have, you have only scratched the surface.

Until you've spent the time to learn how to build TVs, Space Ships, etc. from dirt, and can also do most of the work yourself in principle, then what claim to knowledge can you make?
You don't need a plumber? Call me when you can smelt your own material, understand the Quantum Mechanics involved, and can machine fittings manually or by g-code VIA output from some other higher level language program you have written to model 3d mathematical shapes. Do you even know how to use variational calculus to minimize various characteristics of surfaces/solids so you know what shape to even begin with? Do you know the physics involved and the mathematical tools necessary to properly design certain fittings? I mean for critical "plumbing" we are talking about mastering 1000 page texts on mathematical Physics. Wait on that call too until you can also analyze the extent to which your labors have been made possible by the kindness and welfare extended to you by others, both of the opposite sex, 3rd world, different class, etc.
And when your done that, do you know you then have to fall through ANOTHER level of ability to understand how to create the machine tools you just used? And that hacks exist there as well?
Carpentry? Yeah I've cut micro through and half blind dovetails using only hand tools. Axed, ripped by hand, planned by hand, and jointed by hand, maple trees into various objects like workbenches, tables, chests of drawers, etc. Done it too while commuting by bicycle 5ooo miles a year. Done it and have written journal papers on quantum physics bicycling on multi day several hundred mile trips requiring camping in forests along the way. Foraged for wild edibles. Fished. However, often implicit in that thought is the idea that WINNERS in various categories will also be the WINNER who takes all. That is FALSE. It is a matter of scientific fact that it is FALSE.
You can be the best at one thing and be squashed by near monopolies who do not desire the competition. Your product/service never sees the light of day. Again, you can say that's okay because WINNER TAKE ALL takes precedent but you can't say that the BEST also made it to the TOP.
