Canvassers needed

We’re recruiting 20 more enthusiastic paid canvassers to help make sure Oregon stays blue.  We are hiring full and part-time canvassers to work through Election Day November 7th.  Join out team today!

No fundraising involved.

Interested?  Contact Aimee Wilson at aimee@oregonvictory.org or call (503) 239-8690.

You'll work with great people, get a little exercise and help strengthen democracy. Plus, at $10/hr you'll earn a little extra dough!

As an official get out the vote organizer for Governor Ted Kulongoski and the Democratic Party of Oregon you should possess good communication skills, a desire to make a difference, and be comfortable working in a fast paced, goal oriented campaign environment.

No experience is necessary, but you should be comfortable working outside.  Canvassers will work in the Portland metro area.

Pay: $10 per hour

Karl Rove is counting on Democrats staying home this election.  You can help start a Democratic landslide in Oregon. Together we can re-elect Governor Kulongoski and end 16 years of Republican control in the Oregon House.

Questions?  Contact Aimee Wilson at aimee@oregonvictory.org or call (503) 239-8690.

I hope that's legal

If it's not illegal, I say go for it. Maybe you can ask those you give the $10 to if they will consider meeting at a local place to eat at a specific time just to keep the rally going. Why not show up at Denny's or someplace with 100, 200, or 300 or more people ALL wearing BLUE!!!

Go for it.

It's legal

Paid canvassers have been employed in elections as long as I can remember. Unfortunately, I can't do it myself, because my job will not give me the time off, but id you're interested, Timothy, shoot an email to Aimee. Her email address is in the post.

A BLUE Jingle For You

To: tseving

Thanks for the information, I'll maybe see what Aimee has to say also.
In the meantime, let me introduce you to a "jingle" I wrote for Blue Revolution. Maybe you can post it as part of your messages or blogs and help spread the victory song around.

Blue, Blue..... What Can It Do For You

Blue, blue .... what can it do for you?
Can it help with your pain, can it help you regain?

Blue, blue .... what can it do for you?
Let's turn out the force, we're "staying the course"

Blue, blue .... what can it do for you?
Let's make a great push, we can overcome Bush!

Blue, blue .... what can it do for you?
Go vote, you know we must, for there's no one else to trust.

Blue, blue .... what can it do for you?
When all is said and done, "we will NOT cut and RUN"

Blue, blue .... what can it do for you?
When legitimacy is true, we’re for the red, white and BLUE!

Blue, blue .... what can it do for you?
On November 7th, I will be BLUE, what about YOU?

Let's get out the BLUE Votes!!!!

Hi Timothy,

I like it!

Let's spread the word.

;-)

Karin

I like it too, Tim

I'm talking to people at work and friends about it until I'm blue in the face.

Let's go for it!

Like Johnny Cash said during his live Folsom Prison performance, "I kind of like it myself now."
