New Logo
We've had the same logo since 2000, so I thought it might be time for a new one. Do you like any of these new designs? It's a simple concept: turning the familiar "@" sign into a "d" for Democrats. Click each one to see it larger.

3-stars
The extra colour from the stars is a good thing I think. But I think with the one big star the eye is initially drawn to the star rather than the d.
My choices are always the...
Hey Bob,
Number one could be a smiley face if you extend/widen the circle around the 'back' of the pregnant 'd' then dot the eyes. Numbers two and three look like military tattoos.
Keep Trying
I think the single star looks too much like Texas, a repug state and the 3 star looks too much like Tennessee a hopeless repug state. The blue one lacks imagination, but keep trying I know you can do it. Wayne Blackshire TN
Just a thought
What about an eagle across the blue one? just a thought.
logo + Ed Schultz
the plain blue is clever, looks MUCH better when larger than in the thumbnail where you can't see the writing ... and the starry ones look cheap, tacky, and as if it is mandatory to have red-white-blue .... we lefties are BLUE, no bits of red ... and besides, the arcs begin to look like obama's logo, which we are NOT.
can i bring up another topic? have not found a way to contact you about this: please re-think your suggesting that ed schultz run ... i am early, huge, solid fan of air america, and certainly see big ed as VERY useful, INvaluable, etc ... but PLEASE!!!! ... he is a football player! ... while he is usually on the right (left) side of issues, and he connects with Joe six-pack better than anybody else out there, he would look ridiculous debating a smooth-talkin' politician. he would come off as unqualified as Palin, with McCain's temper, and Rush's style ... please don't encourage him in this direction! He was doing great work from Fargo, was the perfect voice for millions ... a regular-guy asking right questions, and expressing righteous outrage at the answers ... but he is NOT a New Yorker, not pals with Obama, not expert on everything, and the pretense cannot withstand a campaign. Please, we see its in his mind, say NO!
we desperately need
to shake up the Senate, and Ed would be great at that too. Of course the decision is his, but if he decides to run, let's support him 1000%!
