We really need to change Rule 22 and let Mitch McConnell do his Jimmy Stewart imitation if he doesn't like the bill...

Seriously, we heed to hammer Mr. Reid to change the cloture rule so GOP members have to stand up and be counted if they want to cry 'socialism'.

This is going to be more and more important as we start getting the more interesting bills from tbe Obama Administration.
